Aries

Meet Aries, a rather saucy boy! This is the first traditional art piece I've done in a while. The background is acrylic and was completed with 99% palette knife work and 1% brushwork. The base layers of Aries are also acrylic, but the last two layers are oil to achieve that deep, rich color. Painted on a 16x20inch stretched canvas and finished in about 20.5 hours.
